I,m off work today & tomorrow.I Slept only seven hours last night.....Raking cough..........haven't showered for over 2 days & have 4 days growth on my chin.The hair is grey!I,ve never had a beard.ummm I'm turning into an old hippy!I,ve nearly finished reading Albion Dreaming:A popular history of LSD in Britain. While we wait for my Acid-Post, here is something to get your teeth into.it should wet your appetite?

After spending 2 days in the house & 60 hours without a wash or shave i think Cathy & Chris were quite pleased to see me go to Tod Sauna tonight.
I dont know about you, but if I'm any place for too long I get twitchy.......I had to test myself . Also a chance to get clean & inhale some menthol in the steam room.

.Mark (above) goes to Italy driving Mick,s White Van early Sunday.Mick follows by plane Wednesday.I was due to fly out around Friday but due to my laziness& illness ive cancelled.I will go in Jan/feb& Mick is investigating for me how the credit-crunch has impacted on Property over there.
I have not really rested this year.......& the last thing I need is another trip like my one to Italy in September Right Now ,it,s the last thing I need.
Someone at the Sauna was telling me a GP had prescribed antibotics for them due to the current flu strain that is floating about (i thought they didnt give antibiotics for Flu?).........
Andy Roberts reckons this song was the best example of Brtish Acid Music in the 60's..............Maybe a wee bit of revisionism going on here.but what the heck.It's a nice song.I have shaved my beard,showered & smeared Body Shop Hemp Oil on my face .Drunk 2 pints (on a very empty stomach.)I am 19 again!
When I spoke to Andy Roberts a couple of weeks ago in London he asked me to give him an email once I had read the book.I will forward these blog posts to him...so, any comments you give will be seen by him next week.............

I'd so hoped you'd be feeling well by now. Sorry you are still under the weather. Gray hair - one becomes used to it after awhile, after the initial shock. As Akelamalu says, it's distinguished!

It's sometimes better not to look back. I thought The Small Faces were wonderful - but now I see they have Shadows style footwork and terrible dress sense.

you smell bad. take a nice hot bath with some strong bath salts.
Dunno about you but usually when I get ill, the first step to feeling better is that point where you can be arsed to have a bath and a shave and stuff..... sounds like the flu jabs could be the LSD of the future!!
