Looping The Loop in Salford

It is Cath's Birthday. We went to Manchester .On a whim ,i suggested going to the BBC HQ in Salford.I went not  knowing  about the LOOPING THE LOOP Event! A Pleasant Surprise......It made the day special. Here are some photos I took!{I must confess nipping to a Bar frequently, inbetween the Sufi Mystic dancing, to check on the Earthly progress of West Ham United...} You Can View View These Photos At Your Leisure here
This is video I made of the "Looping The Loop" Finale! The only thing missing was Mark E Smith bungee-jumping from one of the many CCTV cameras in The Quay.

Cool! Looks like you guys had some fun.

I see that Chelsea beat Germany, but it took the penalty shoot-out to do it. Wish I could have watched!

So what does one do at BBC HQ if there doesn't happen to be an event?

Oh Lots to do most days e.g. The War Museum. A Perfect Treat for any Birthday!

If you're reading this Mark E, please don't do anything so dangerous. The world needs you.

Couldn't find where to comment on your next post - so I'll comment here. Followed your link to Bob from Bacup's blog. It's a shame he hasn't posted for a while -I'd probably keep reading it if he had!
