I have only been briefly out of the house twice in the last 7 days.
Flu:nose-bleeds : coughs; blah-blah-blah . I wondered "Covid" but ,thankfully the result was
" negative".
Comfort of sorts! Anyway to cheer myself up , I've booked tickets to see Don Letts in Todmorden in May .

So, the image is a photo i took of a figure on Ken's Living Room wall this afternoon : he has a bust of an arab sticking out of the plaster ( I didn't like to ask...) + he gave me some Moldovan Chocolates , to cheer me up . The most exciting thing that's happened all week........

Me Cathy & Chris all had our Boosters in Todmorden on Wednesday ( it should have been Monday but stormdamage closed the Health Centre that day)
We had Moderna ( the first two had been Astra Zenica)
I had a slight reaction . Fevered dreams and a sore arm for 2 days , but nothing this tough lad couldn't handle !
I treated myself today ( Friday) to a 70 lap swim & a 3 hour sauna .That's my longest sweat in over 2 years ! Delicious !

The inscription reads:

A very old friend is being seen for lung cancer. I've been supporting them in Huddersfield & Leeds these weeks..... The audio is a very rare Beatles outtake.

A Private Jackie Leven Audio Sent Me Yesterday
Mostly an Interview .Jackie talks about his Heroin Addiction: his meeting Princess Dianne & Psychic Healing + he plays 3 songs. One or two wee gaps & ominous silences in the audio...but be patient, in seconds the sound returns....and it's all, otherwise Good Quality sound.
By the way , I took this photo of Jackie during one of his many visits to The Hebden Bridge Trades Club.

Since I live in Sardinia, I had to record this from shortwave radio in the days before decent internet connection, which explains the couple of little gaps. Nevertheless, the whole thing is worth a listen. My old friend sparkles and shines."
