I'm Busy downloading loads of old photos's that belonged to my Late Aunt Brenda.
Im scanning them for My cousin Pat...who is tracing The Family Tree on my mother's Scottish~ side.
I have a big box next to my computer.It is full of photos that i scan & then post here .Keep checking back as Im adding all the time (the box is either still half-full or half-empty depending on your point of view ....)Pat has found lots of interesting things about our Scottish-Side.We are related to George Stevenson The bloke who helped spread & promote The Railways in UK .
We are also related toRobert Louis Stevenson .....................I carry the genes of Dr Jekyll,Mr Hyde &Treasure Island inside of me!
My Scottish Side were very "well~ to ~do". One branch of the family moved to Argentina to retire in Style in the late 19th Century,on the back of owning a large shipping vessel called "The Uranus".
On such things are Legends born....!Interestingly,in 1945 one of my Dad's brother's also moved to Argentina .So a branch of the Zimnoch's also in Argieshire..........
