A Private Jackie Leven Audio Sent Me Yesterday
Mostly an Interview .Jackie talks about his Heroin Addiction: his meeting Princess Dianne & Psychic Healing + he plays 3 songs. One or two wee gaps & ominous silences in the audio...but be patient, in seconds the sound returns....and it's all, otherwise Good Quality sound.
By the way , I took this photo of Jackie during one of his many visits to The Hebden Bridge Trades Club.

"Jackie Leven on top form with Johnnie Walker on BBC Radio 2, about 15 years ago. He opens with an effortless wisecrack reference to Paul McCartney, which gets Johnnie guffawing. Since I live in Sardinia, I had to record this from shortwave radio in the days before decent internet connection, which explains the couple of little gaps. Nevertheless, the whole thing is worth a listen. My old friend sparkles and shines."
